Audrey Hoey-Kummerow is a junior at the University of Iowa studying Sustainability Science. She is also pursuing a GIS certificate and a Spanish minor, combining her interests in environmental systems, spatial analysis, and global communication. Her experiences range from hands-on environmental science projects in academic settings, to storytelling as the Science Communication Intern at Trout Lake Station, where she made research accessible to the public. Audrey’s career aspirations include fostering sustainability through outreach and education, ensuring that environmental solutions are inclusive and actionable.
