Gaby is a second-year majoring in Environmental Policy and Planning and earning the Sustainability certificate. She is excited about working on the AASHE STARS report as an intern at the Office of Sustainability. Her interests in sustainability have roots in her belief that everyone deserves to have the same available resources, and a dignified lifestyle, therefore, environmental policy, justice, and law being important to her.

She is a passionate believer that Sustainable development cannot be reached if it does not go hand in hand with diversity and inclusion. Which is why her other involvement around campus consists of being Co Vice-president for SACNAS, and the Communications Chair for the Cross-cultural Student Coalition. But she also enjoys downtime, which usually includes writing poetry, reading, taking a walk around town, and having movie nights with friends and family.
